Refunds for QR Prism paid plans.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid QR Prism plans purchased via PayPal on qrprism.com.
2. Subscriptions
Monthly, annual and lifetime plans are prepaid. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund the current period.
3. When we refund
- Duplicate charges or obvious billing errors.
- Service outage under our control lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, credited pro-rata if you write to us within 14 days.
- A purchase made in error if you contact us within 48 hours and the account has not been used in a material way.
4. When we do not refund
Change of mind after the Service has been used, unused QR quota, dissatisfaction with a third-party (PayPal, scanners, networks), or violations of the Terms of Service.
5. How to request a refund
Email admin@qrprism.com from the account email with the PayPal transaction ID. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original PayPal method.
