Terms that govern the use of QR Prism.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of QR Prism (the "Service") at qrprism.com, operated by QR Prism ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
QR Prism lets you create, customize, host, track and manage QR codes, barcodes and related short links. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may change, add or remove features with reasonable notice when the change is material.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@qrprism.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to: (a) distribute malware, phishing or scam content; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) host illegal, exploitative or violent material; (d) attack, scrape or overload our systems; (e) resell the Service except as expressly allowed. You are solely responsible for the destination of every QR code and link you create.
5. Plans, payments and renewals
Paid plans are billed in USD through PayPal. Fees are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. You can cancel from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply. Unpaid invoices may result in downgrade to the free plan.
6. Refunds
If the Service is unavailable for reasons under our control for more than 72 consecutive hours, contact admin@qrprism.com within 14 days for a pro-rata credit. Chargebacks opened without first contacting us may lead to account closure. See the Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, branding and software. You own the content you submit (QR payloads, logos, landing data). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to operate the Service. You must have rights to any logo or file you upload.
8. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Analytics of QR scans (device, country, referrer, timestamp) are collected so you can measure campaigns.
9. Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach. After termination we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period except where law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version takes effect when posted. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
